Job description
A company is looking for a Retail Support Administrator to manage vendor-integrated systems across its retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for retail store repair operations, including user maintenance and troubleshooting
Manage user lifecycle processes and maintain accurate user profiles and access rights across systems
Support new store launches and participate in cross-training for broader retail technical functions
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience in technical support
3+ years of experience in retail operations or mobile device repair
Proficiency with software, hardware, and system applications
Flexibility to provide evening, weekend, and on-call support as needed
