As the Senior Strategist, Insights And Inspiration, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to drive business growth and competitive advantage. You'll turn complex research and data into actionable, human-centered narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and inspire teams across Rocket. In this role, you champion the voice of the clientnuancing stories that connect strategy to real human needs and opportunities. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure our strategies reflect empathy, drive engagement, and help build meaningful, innovative solutions.

About The Role

• Develop and implement effective, human-centered strategiesincluding marketing campaigns, product roadmaps, and cross-company initiativesrooted in a keen understanding of consumers, competitors, and industry trends
• Conduct market and gap analyses to pinpoint actionable opportunities and drive informed decision-making
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align business growth goals with real human impact
• Champion the creation, optimization, and communication of strategic briefs and multimedia documents that bring human-centered stories to life
• Lead the execution of research initiatives, blending primary and secondary data to create compelling, relatable insights
• Craft inspirational, people-focused narratives and strategies with creative teams, making insights memorable and actionable throughout the company
• Distill consumer insights and data into stories and recommendations that move senior leadership to action and reinforce a culture of empathy and innovation
