Appraisal Fulfillment Admin

Description

The preprocessing area is looking to add a contractor to their team. This person MUST be in the office every day due to some of the responsibilities of the role.

This individual will be responsible for learning their LOS (loan operating system) to pull appraisal information to be mailed out to the borrower.

This is a very repetitive position where they will be required to send out over 100 letters a day. They need to be comfortable with navigating different computer systems and working in a fast paced environment. They will also be processing retuned mail for home lending and determining what to do what different incoming mail.

They will add additional responsibilities as they become comfortable with the primary job functions and cross train them in other areas of the department which include ordering appraisals and other tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr.
