We are actively seeking a Family Physician for an exciting opportunity focused on outpatient care. Here’s what we offer :

• Opportunity for outpatient family medicine with an option for nursing home rounds.
• Become part of a well-established and supportive team of physicians and advanced practitioners.
• Work in a multi-specialty clinic providing primary and specialty care services, including 12 onsite medical and surgical specialties like Allergy, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Infusion, Neurology, Oncology, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, and Urology.
• Access onsite medical imaging and lab services.
• Full-time position available, with flexible options ranging from 0.8 to 1.0 FTE.
• Enjoy a balanced work / life schedule with typical office hours of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Participate in a manageable on-call rotation of 6-10 weeknights and 2 weekends per year, primarily phone-based with minimal onsite requirements; calls will be triaged by a call center.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records.
