The HVAC Installation Lead works alongside their team to install commercial HVAC systems, ensuring the company's highest quality standards are met, and in accordance with specifications.

Duties include

• Leads HVAC projects for commercial clients.
• Works as a hands-on Lead with a skilled team of HVAC installers, making assignments and evaluating work.
• Communicate with employees and coordinate with office administration to provide job specifications to scheduling customer projects.
• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of assigned team members.
• Ensure work performed meets the company's exceptional standards and gives the customer a quality experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the installation process.
• Provide technical expertise and maintain a high level of trust with customers and company staff.
