About the Role

This is not your standard reservations job. We are looking for a leader who sees beyond transactions and understands that every booking is the first chapter in a guest’s story. The Director of Reservations is the architect of that experience—designing seamless processes, cultivating a high-performance team, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the pinnacle of service and personalization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Impact : Inspire and mentor a talented reservations team, instilling a culture of curiosity, precision, and service excellence.
  • Craft Guest Journeys : Ensure each reservation is handled with attention and care, from individual stays to VIP experiences and large group blocks.
  • Think Strategically : Partner with revenue and sales leaders to maximize occupancy, shape pricing strategies, and anticipate market trends.
  • Innovate the Experience : Implement cutting-edge technology and fresh approaches to streamline the booking process, while keeping the guest journey personal and human.
  • Solve with Grace : Handle escalations and special requests with creativity and poise, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
  • Drive Performance : Monitor key metrics, analyze booking data, and use insights to elevate service quality and financial results.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven leader with 3–5+ years of experience in luxury reservations, revenue, or call center environments.
  • Strong understanding of hotel systems, revenue management, and distribution channels.
  • A communicator who connects effortlessly with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly without losing sight of the details.
  • A passion for hospitality that shows in every decision and interaction.
