In office expectations : two days per week

Responsibilities

• Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development
• Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications
• Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia
• Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project
• Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables
• Create Flash / XML-based reinforcement / promotional games and animations
• Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures / catalogs / flyers, web designs, videos, and logos / icons
• Develop and create print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. - Moderately Complex / Varied
• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals - Moderate analysis
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancements
• Serve on teams and task groups for projects / initiatives within the business unit and / or across the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned
