Job Summary and Responsibilities Mercy Radiology Group, a large well-established and physician-owned radiology practice, is seeking talented Radiologists to join our expanding team in Redding, California. POSITION : We encourage applications from radiologists with expertise in Body, Breast, MSK, Neuro, Nuclear Medicine, and / or Pediatric imaging. Schedule 8a-5 : 30p, 4 days / week Full-time and part-time positions available Opportunity will vary based on specialty and may include advanced outpatient imaging, ER / inpatient radiology, general radiology, and remote clinical work from home. Second largest private practice in Northern California Low turnover COMPENSATION / BENEFITS : Competitive Compensation : $500,000 - $550,000 with partnership profit distribution of approximately $100,000. Total base annual partner compensation = $650,000 Significant opportunities for internal moonlighting, extra shifts, additional lucrative per-click compensation. $75,000 sign-on bonus (for full-time) Relocation bonus available CME stipend and annual home / personal equipment budget Comprehensive Benefits : fully paid top-tier health insurance, malpractice insurance, and "supermatch" 401k plan. 8 weeks vacation PSLF Eligibility : This position meets eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Job Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
