Water Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Charlotte Metro area for a Water Technician. The Water Technician will be responsible for performing water damage restoration tasks, operating and maintaining specialized equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient water treatment procedures. Responsibilities include responding to water-related incidents, assessing damage, implementing mitigation measures, and maintaining consistent communication with team members and clients to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in Equipment Maintenance and Water Treatment procedures
• Experience in Water Damage restoration and Wastewater Treatment processes
• Strong Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks and work in variable conditions
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for accurate restoration and mitigation
• Relevant certifications in water mitigation or environmental cleaning are a plus
• Driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
• 2-5 years of Water Tech experience
