SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Outbound Coordinator is responsible for working with Processing Lead to monitoring all picking, replen and packing tasks. Ensuring successful functioning of the picking, replen and packing. Answer order processing questions, support in distributing team work assignments, convey (written & verbal) communications (within and outside) the department, maintain good housekeeping and safety practices and standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Issue daily productivity reports for picking (both RF and by autonomous robot) and replen
• Support Lead in taking attendance, balancing the team and ensuring associates are staying on task
• Coordinate distributing daily picking tasks to associates
• Work with Lead to execute daily goals for prioritized tasks to ensure optimal productivity
• Review workload reporting regularly and research pending tasks with both IC and Putaway teams
• First point of contact to provide guidance for order processing, shortages and exceptions
• Communicate inventory discrepancies with IC to ensure order fulfillment
• Support associates in trouble shooting robot, RF and Induct errors; escalating tickets as needed
• Support in cross functional tasks based on business needs such are picking, packing, replen, VAS and in other areas as needed
• Maintain Active location best practices to ensure inventory accuracy and minimal overflow
• Monitor and enforce compliance with SOPs to maintain quality and accuracy of orders
• Coordinate with departments such as planners, inventory, shipping and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely order processing
• Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient practices to enhance productivity and costs
• Keep leadership team informed of operations, opportunities, including any safety or process issues
• Train and develop team members on proper procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
