Job Summary
- The General Office Staff supports Branch leaders by managing administrative functions and collaborating with external customers, service partners, operations personnel, and the Field Support Center.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage a variety of administrative duties, such as maintaining files and building / updating spreadsheets.Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.Work closely with Office Manager and Branch Manager to ensure all objectives are accomplished and deadlines are met.Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvement.Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems within the team.Monitor equipment files and MVR pulls to support Fleet Management programs.Order office supplies and / or perform other administrative functions as needed, to be a team player in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Education and Experience :
2 years’ experience in administrative support and customer serviceProven written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to deal with multiple tasks, work independently and is a highly motivated self-starter.Ability to work with confidential information.Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsA team player and supportive business partner attitudeJDE and CM11 experience a plusBilingual English / Spanish is a plus.Physical Demands / Requirements :
Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, photocopier, and computer printerThe position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the time.Work Environment :

Compensation Pay Range :
$21-$23 / hr
