As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol Driver Part-Time in Ramsey, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location, where your primary responsibilities include monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so you will play a key role in patrolling the premises by vehicle as well as on foot. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, responding as appropriate to emergencies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents, documenting findings in accordance with Allied Universal policies.
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and property management staff to support a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entrances and exits as needed to help to deter unauthorized access to the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
