Position Summary

All HomeCare Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care to patients in a home health setting . The CNA will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to assist patients with daily living activities, monitor their condition, and support their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide mobility support, including transferring patients safely and encouraging physical activity as appropriate.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake, and output, and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
• Support patients with medication reminders (as directed by nursing staff).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Document care provided and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
