As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout residential locations. Your presence will be key in maintaining a welcoming environment, remaining visible to residents and guests while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations within the residential location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and / or unauthorized access. Working environments and conditions may vary based on the location.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards encountered during patrols, following Allied Universal protocols.

Assist residents and visitors with questions and / or directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Communicate observations and incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel and / or authorities as directed by site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
