Job descriptionStandard rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off 2 long-weekends per month Full time is 15 working days per month $21 per hour $1.00 more per hour for night shift Consistent Schedules Job Security Clean & Climate-Controlled Facility Career Growth Ability to work a 12 hour shift on our 3-2-2-3 regular schedule cycle with every other weekend off. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume production environment. Minimum of 1 year operating manufacturing machines & equipment. Basic hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical knowledge. Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation. Your mission
Keep high-volume molding lines running at peak performance.
- Operate extrusion, injection, or blow-molding machines and equipment.
- Monitor and adjust heat control, water cooling temperatures, and hydraulic pressure.
- Complete basic machine maintenance to sustain uptime.
- Check product quality and address issues quickly.
- Engage in training to broaden your skill set.
Shift & schedule
Nights : 6 : 45 pm – 7 : 15 am
Compensation
Earn $22 per hour
