Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs.
- Use standardized assessment tools to gather crucial information.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, families, and the treatment team.
- Set specific, measurable goals tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to treat mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document all client interactions and required documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care.
- Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services and attract new clients.
- Provide immediate support during crisis situations and coordinate safety plans with emergency services when necessary.
- Stay updated on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.Minimum of two years' experience working with children and / or families, including internships.Eligibility for licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.This is a part-time position, with a possibility of transitioning to full-time after 90 days.Benefits :
