Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs.
• Use standardized assessment tools to gather crucial information.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, families, and the treatment team.
• Set specific, measurable goals tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to treat mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document all client interactions and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services and attract new clients.
• Provide immediate support during crisis situations and coordinate safety plans with emergency services when necessary.
• Stay updated on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
