Flight Test Engineer, Roadrunner

This position will be filled a highly motivated Flight Test Engineer with a passion for developmental flight test for our Roadrunner platform. You will work heavily with the program leadership and a wide spectrum of cross-departments to help assist the team focused on solving hard problems and changing the industry forever. The role will be responsible for assisting on planning, coordination, execution and reporting on all facets of the flight test program.

The Test Engineering team works across the entire spectrum of products ranging from Lattice, Ghost UAS, Sentry Tower, cUAS and our other platforms. Our team conducts full system level development testing, new aircraft development, sub-system testing and much more. In short, if it involves test we support it. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• As a Test and Evaluation (T&E) engineer, you will be responsible for test planning, execution, and reporting
• Testing responsibilities encompass system-level evaluation of hardware and software, focusing on executing ground and flight tests, enhancing and developing processes, and engaging in technical test assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret test data, identify system behaviors, and drive product enhancements, process improvements
• Manage the use of test ranges and coordinate with external agencies to facilitate testing activities
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices

US Salary Range

$113,000-$149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
