Structured Credit Associate

A company is looking for a Structured Credit Associate - Private Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and structure fund finance solutions by evaluating financials and risk mitigation strategies

Lead full-cycle credit analysis including borrower due diligence and financial modeling

Develop new lending products and operationalize underwriting frameworks and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in private credit, fund finance, investment banking, or structured finance

CFA and / or MBA preferred

Strong understanding of venture capital and private equity fund structures

Experience underwriting credit risk and evaluating fund-level financials

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with NAV loans or subscription lines preferred
