Plant Manager

A company is looking for a Plant General Manager to manage and lead overall plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive plant safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards

Oversee human capital planning, including hiring, development, and performance management

Manage plant budgeting processes and ensure execution of capital expenditures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field

7-10+ years of relevant experience in a production environment

5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in flexible packaging

Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives

Six Sigma Certification strongly preferred
