Silverado Casino's Ranch house is looking for high energy, fast paced line cook to join our operations! The responsibility of our Line Cook is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
We have part time and full time opportunities for Line Cooks!

Education / Experience :
- Minimum 1-year experience working as Line Cook preferred
- Serve Safe Certification preferred
Language Ability :

Knowledge / Skills
Computer Skills :
Basic computer skills
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply superior sanitation standards
Must have knowledge of food storage requirements, both hot and cold
Able to perform in a fast-paced, loud, crowded environment.

Serve Safe Certification preferred but not necessary.
