Position Overview
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm with locations across the world in 15 countries, is seeking an Account Administration Specialist to join our Account Administration Team. This position will be based at one of our various office locations on a hybrid basis and reports to the Account Administration Manager. The available shift is Monday Friday 5 PM 2 AM ET / 3 PM 12 PM MT.
Position Summary
The Account Administration Specialist is responsible for creating accounts on various systems for new hires, maintaining existing accounts, provisioning access to restricted systems / services, and ensuring that access for those leaving GT is suspended in a timely manner. The team also manages firm distribution lists, shared mailboxes, cloud storage enterprise accounts, and Office 365 licenses.
Candidate should be flexible to work overtime as needed and may be on call on a rotation basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Active Directory and ADERANT accounts for GT employees, including account changes, deactivations and deletions.
- Manage cloud accounts in Microsoft Entra (Azure).
- Manage user accounts in 3rd party / external systems including Dropbox, BOX, Google Workspace Sharefile, Preparis, eFax, PingOne Identity, ZOOM, etc.
- Create and maintain firm-wide distribution lists in AD on-prem.
- Create and maintain cloud groups on Microsoft Entra (Azure).
- Log, track, and update all requests via the ticketing system (Ivanti).
- Identify issues that require approval from the Office of Firm Counsel and work closely to obtain approvals and track in SQL database for user recertification.
- Update and maintain assigned service requests; follow up with clients and others in IT as needed.
- Provide Tier I support when required and On-Call support to the Account Administration Team.
- May assist in training new Helpdesk representatives and Account Administration personnel.
- Provide advanced support for HR and the Office of Firm Counsel.
- Participate in identifying and implementing improvements for the Account Administration function.
- Serve as Account Administration SME on firm-wide technology projects and may manage small projects as assigned.
- Acquire and maintain advanced knowledge of Active Directory and GT Policies and Procedures related to account access rights and AD processes.
- Review communications regarding new policies, procedures, and system changes / outages.
- Maintain Account Administration documentation and procedures that include SOPs and QRC documentation.

BA / BS Degree preferred.35 years experience in Active Directory or related experience.MCSA : Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate A+, AZ900 Azure Fundamentals, Security+, and Network+ certifications are highly desirable.Technology
