Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, nights, flexible Employment Type : Travel Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience (acute care preferred). Licensure : Valid, unrestricted California RN License . Certifications (Required) : Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association. Health & Safety Compliance : Must meet all Kern Medical Center health requirements. Knowledge Base : Advanced nursing theory and practice. Medical terminology and patient care equipment. Pharmacology, including the safe use of medicines and narcotics.
