Position Overview
Starting Salary Range is $63,273.60 - $66,501. The initial salary offer is commensurate with education and related work experience.
Under the direction of the Program Manager of the Lee College Education Center-South Liberty County, provide generalist enrollment management support to prospective and active students, oversee facilities management and operations of the Education Center. Provide direct services to prospective and enrolled students, assist in recruitment and enrollment activities, support workshops, and provide facilities support. Supervise student assistants. Supervision includes hiring, assigning duties, coaching, training, evaluating and disciplining. Interact and collaborate with police, maintenance, and contract custodial, food and vending services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as generalist in the enrollment management process to include recruitment, enrollment, registration, FASFA / TASFA support, and TSIA2 test administration.
- Assist with workshops, recruitment and enrollment activities, and provide student support.
- Provide on-site technical support for instructors.
- Coordinate room schedule for academic, workforce and Community Education classes, as well as community use.
- Serve as liaison to, and regularly communicate with, faculty, staff, students and community members regarding College policies, procedures and processes. Resolve and refer center related concerns / complaints to the appropriate offices.
- Coordinate event schedules and details with campus police, maintenance, building attendants, marketing services and community members as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Student Resource and Advocacy Center to provide Basic Needs Support for students.
- Organize and schedule on-site services provided by maintenance and internal / external customers.
- Coordinate and monitor on-campus maintenance.
