Job Title : Call Center Representative (Onsite)

Location : Worcester, MA (Main Street – Onsite Only)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Compensation : $20-22 / hour (based on experience)

Employment Type : Contract Only through January 31, 2026

Start Date : November 17, 2025

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Worcester, MA . This is a high-volume inbound call role supporting customers with inquiries, account questions, and service needs. The ideal candidate is professional, patient, and able to provide clear and accurate assistance while maintaining a positive tone.

This position is 100% onsite and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns
• Document call details, actions taken, and follow-up steps in the system
• Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain performance expectations for attendance, call quality, and productivity
• Follow all company policies, security standards, and confidentiality guidelines
