Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for inspections of residential, commercial, industrial and other buildings during and after construction.
- Reads and interprets residential and commercial building plans and specifications.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Ability to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
- Must have ICC Certification(s).
- 3-5 years' experience.
- Municipal experience.
