Personal injury Paralegal

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a respected firm where your work truly makes an impact? Our client, a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for client advocacy, is seeking a skilled and motivated paralegal to join their growing personal injury team.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

Organize and maintain case files from intake through settlement or trial

Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters

Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills

Assist attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and mediation

Manage case calendars, deadlines, and case management systems

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury law

Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and e-filing

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (e.g., Needles, Clio, or TrialWorks)

Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative legal team
