Job descriptionWashes, cleans, and details exterior and interior of vehicles Straighten rows, washes inventory, and generally assists in maintaining the appearance of the lot Ensures the dealership meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s national average for customer satisfaction Maintains safe work environment Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc Complete required company and manufacturer training Completes all other projects and duties as assigned High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to operate an automatic and manual transmission State of the art, climate-regulated facilities Continued paid training opportunities Medical, dental, vision coverage and more Company paid Life and Short-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Match Paid Time Off, and a paid day to participate in local charity or volunteering events Employee and family discounts Professional development assistance

What Our Prep Washers Do
Your Pre-Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates
