Job Description : We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery (L&D) to join a dynamic healthcare team providing compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns during the labor, delivery, and recovery process. The ideal RN is skilled in managing both routine and high-risk deliveries within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Provide direct care and continuous monitoring to laboring patients. Assist physicians and midwives during vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Administer medications including epidurals, oxytocin, and pain management as ordered. Monitor fetal heart tones and maternal vital signs, interpreting changes promptly. Support and educate mothers and families through all stages of labor and postpartum recovery. Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatal teams for coordinated care. Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure adherence to all safety and infection-control standards. Requirements : Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience. ACLS, BLS (AHA only) NRP, AWHONN Intermediate. RN State License of CA EPIC experience.
