Job Description : Join Job Duck as an Intake and Appointment Coordinator supporting a law firm specializing in residential construction defect cases.
This remote role offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking legal guidance, making a meaningful impact in their journey toward resolution.
You'll manage initial calls, vet potential clients, and schedule appointments, helping streamline operations for a solo practitioner focused on business growth.
The ideal candidate is responsive, efficient, and treats every caller with empathy and professionalism, someone who understands the importance of listening and can confidently assess fit based on clear screening criteria.
