Strategic Partner Manager
Own and manage strategic partner relationships with technology providers (e.g., ServiceNow AWS, etc.) and services firms that are core to DXC's Insurance value proposition.
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including shared objectives, sales and marketing strategies, and measurable KPIs.
Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Delivery, Marketing) and partner organizations to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Facilitate and track joint pipeline development, co-selling initiatives, and solution co-innovation efforts.
Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with partners and internal leadership.
Identify and escalate partnership challenges while proactively finding solutions and areas for improvement.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion.
Ensure compliance with legal, operational, and commercial frameworks that govern each partnership.
Mandatory Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent relevant work experience.
Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in Insurance and IT industries.
Experience in partner management and business development SaaS environment.
Management experience.
Proven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives.
Proficiencies in sales strategies, market analysis, and technology trends.
Experienced in contracting and pricing negotiations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership to drive market expansion, monitoring and maintaining pipeline of leads.
Leverage market insights to bring distinctive ideas and innovations that expand business opportunities.
Assist sales and marketing teams to achieving their targets by providing strategic input and guidance.
Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, ensuring targets are met.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive collaboration, and optimize partner engagement.
Experienced with marketplaces, APIs, and solutioning frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
