Overview
The Director, Client Engagement plays a vital leadership role in ensuring client happiness, enhancing business impact, and coordinating account profitability. You will lead a team that orchestrates work across various internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive client experience. This role reports to a senior leader within the Client Engagement organization and collaborates with internal sales, client services, and delivery teams as well as external client participants. You will lead all aspects of a matrixed, cross-functional team, delivering timely performance evaluations to both direct and indirect reports. You will craft client happiness and profitability in collaboration with clients, drive significant business outcomes, and manage solutions across multiple products to meet complex client needs.
