A company is looking for an RN Call Assist PST including weekends - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephone triage assessment and health advice to patients using approved protocols

Document calls and inquiries in a timely manner according to department standards

Ensure performance standards are met while providing superior customer service

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted WA State or Compact RN license

3+ years of experience in a clinical setting, including telephonic nursing

Ability to work a PST schedule, including evenings and weekends
