Medical Director Physician

Cascade Medical, a top critical-access hospital, in Leavenworth, Washington (WA) seeks a Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician to join their stable and tenured team of 5 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners as Medical Director.

Position :

Dedicated time for administrative duties each week

Outpatient only with no call requirements

4-day work week

Max expectation of 18 patients per day

0% Full-time RN turnover in 2024

Options to incorporate specific interests in pain management, geriatrics, or other areas of interest

Optional opportunity to utilize Spanish, Russian, and / or Ukrainian language skills

Compensation :

Competitive base salary plus productivity

Medical Director Stipend of $38,000 Annually

Relocation assistance up to $15,000

Negotiable incentives based on skills and experience
