Therapist

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lakewood, WA site with some work from home flexibility. As a Therapist at Thoughtful Counseling Group & Associates, you will be responsible for providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. You will provide counseling and support, track progress, and consult with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with individual, couples, and family therapy
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Proficiency with maintaining client documentation and records
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Relevant licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• Previous experience in a clinical or counseling setting is a plus
