Counter Manager

Diptyque, a leading luxury fragrance house, is seeking a Counter Manager to drive sales and lead the team at Bloomingdale's 59th Street.

Responsibilities :

Lead daily sales performance to meet store and company goals

Recruit, train, and coach associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance feedback

Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive events to increase traffic and sales

Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular business reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Requirements :

Previous luxury retail management experience required

Strong sales skills with proven ability to exceed targets

Experience in staff development and clienteling

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Hourly Rate : $40
