$4,000 sign on bonus

Base rate + shift differentials up to $5.00 depending on shift.

3 12's 7pm - 7 : 30am or 7am - 7 : 30pm

The LPN performs under the direction of a Registered Nurse in providing nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing basic understanding of psychiatric and personality disorders

Qualifications

Education : Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing or vocational training as a LPN.

Experience : Minimum one (1) year as a LPN preferred.

Licensure : Licensed to practice vocational / practical nursing from the Ohio State Board of Nursing.

Additional Requirements : CPR certification and successful completion of Crisis Intervention Training (CPI), including appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint immediately following employment and prior to performing patient care.
