Assignment Type : Locum tenens CRNA (travel nursing position)

Location : Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia metro area; ideal for those seeking Philadelphia CRNA jobs)

Start Date : January 5, 2026 (allow 60-90 days for credentialing)

End Date : April 18, 2026

Contract Duration : 15 weeks

Shifts per Week : 5 shifts

Shift Duration : 8-hour days (option for 4x10s or split schedule)

Hours per Week : 36-40 hours

No call required

Setting : 258-bed hospital, primarily OR-based anesthesia

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license

Minimum 1 year of recent CRNA experience in a hospital, surgical, or clinical healthcare setting

Experience with general surgery, ENT, GI (endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP), urology, pulmonary, orthopedic, and vascular anesthesia cases

OB anesthesia experience preferred but not required

Experience working in a medically directed anesthesia care team model

Familiarity with paper documentation for surgical services and Cerner Soarian EMR for hospital records

Ability to interview in-person or via Microsoft Teams

CRNA Responsibilities – Clinical Support

Deliver anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures in the operating room

Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff in a team-based, medically directed model

Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans

Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and ensure safe emergence from anesthesia

Accurately document anesthesia care using paper records as required

Participate in team meetings and maintain effective communication with all members of the surgical and healthcare team
