Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable Service Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing equipment for our client. As a Service Technician, you'll provide hands-on service to ensure optimal performance, safety, and satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a background in troubleshooting, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install equipment, ensuring it meets performance standards and is set up safely.
• Repair malfunctions in equipment, systems, or machinery to minimize downtime and meet performance goals.
• Perform routine checks to extend equipment lifespan and improve efficiency.
• Provide clear and professional guidance to customers, answering questions and resolving issues on-site.
• Accurately record maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment conditions. Update service logs and ensure compliance with all procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor parts and supplies, ensuring necessary components are on hand for quick, efficient repairs.
