Our client is seeking a dynamic leader with deep expertise in thin film deposition and a passion for innovation to manage their Manufacturing Engineering team. This role is pivotal in transitioning cutting-edge R&D technologies into high-volume manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, stability, and quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the ramp-up of new technologies from R&D to manufacturing, achieving goals for efficiency, yield, and throughput.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Develop and document new process introduction, ensuring alignment with manufacturing integration and quality standards.
- Oversee the creation of process documentation, including control plans, work instructions, and FMEA.
- Drive global process alignment and equipment standardization initiatives.
- Engage cross-functional teams to support process innovations and operational excellence.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physical Science; Master's preferred.5+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.Expertise in thin-film deposition processes and thermal annealing in high-volume settings.Proficient in materials characterization and optical metrology tools.Skilled in data analytics, AI, and machine learning applications in manufacturing.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and statistical tools like JMP or Minitab.Additional Information :
