Our client, an elite Houston law firm, is seeking an experienced  Probate Litigation Paralegal  to join their team.

You will support attorneys throughout all phases of probate litigation and trust administration, from case initiation to closure.

Responsibilities include preparing probate pleadings, estate tax returns, and trust accountings, managing conservatorships and trust administration, and coordinating electronic document management and e-filings. You will also assist with depositions, hearings, and mediations, maintain case calendars and deadlines, and prepare and respond to discovery requests as needed.

Experience in probate and litigation is highly preferred.
