Shift Details :

7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM, Monday – Friday

Potential for 2 evening shifts per week

Flexibility to work 7.5-hour shifts between 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Work Sites : outpatient clinics

Candidate will float between both locations

Role Overview :

Provides occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting

Evaluates and treats patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Coordinates care and maintains proper documentation

Requirements :

NY State Occupational Therapist (OTR) license

BLS certification

Outpatient OT experience required
