Your Role :

As a food runner, you’ll be the vital link between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of meals. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Delivering Orders : Expedite and deliver food orders to guests promptly.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure orders are accurate and meet our presentation standards.
  • Table Interaction : Check on guests and assist with any immediate needs.
  • Supporting Team : Assist servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness : Keep service areas clean and organized.

  • Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desired.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • On Your Feet : Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Hands-On : Reach, lift, bend, stoop, and wipe continuously.
  • Heavy Lifting : Push and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Stay Safe : Be aware of common hazards like burns, falls, and cuts.
  • Personal Hygiene : Maintain cleanliness, including frequent hand washing.
