General Manager – Vice President of Culinary Experience
Location : Tulsa, Oklahoma
Salary : $135,000-$150,000 per year, with bonus and a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. A strong relocation package is included.
CCL Hospitality Group (CCLHG) is seeking a leadership‑oriented General Manager who will direct the culinary and hospitality program at Montereau, a premier luxury senior living community. The role requires a service‑obsessed executive passionate about delivering best‑in‑class dining experiences across multiple venues, crafting elevated moments that enhance guests’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments, including food and beverage.
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation, maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost‑control measures to achieve financial objectives.
- Cultivate a welcoming environment for guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans to enhance overall guest experience and engagement.
- Hire, train, and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee planning and execution of events and social activities, ensuring they meet high standards and guest expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices.
Knowledge and Skills
Advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management.Ability to analyze complex information to improve practices or develop new approaches.Extensive wine and spirits knowledge.Highly developed communication skills; ability to negotiate and influence staff, guests, and corporate clients.Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with managers, guests, and employees.Understanding of P&L components and driving operational efficiencies.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Experience : Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality or country club environments.Skills : Strong financial acumen, communication skills, and proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.Attributes : Passion for hospitality, commitment to excellence, and ability to inspire and lead a team.Certifications : Relevant industry certifications are a plus.Benefits
