General Manager – Vice President of Culinary Experience

Location : Tulsa, Oklahoma

Salary : $135,000-$150,000 per year, with bonus and a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. A strong relocation package is included.

CCL Hospitality Group (CCLHG) is seeking a leadership‑oriented General Manager who will direct the culinary and hospitality program at Montereau, a premier luxury senior living community. The role requires a service‑obsessed executive passionate about delivering best‑in‑class dining experiences across multiple venues, crafting elevated moments that enhance guests’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments, including food and beverage.
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation, maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost‑control measures to achieve financial objectives.
• Cultivate a welcoming environment for guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans to enhance overall guest experience and engagement.
• Hire, train, and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee planning and execution of events and social activities, ensuring they meet high standards and guest expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices.
