• Call Schedule :       - Weeknights; 330p-7a (Rotation)       - Weekends; 24-hr Call; 7a-7a
• Patient Census : 7 (Surgical)
• Patient Demographics : 99% Adult, 1% Pediatric       - 35% General; 22% OB       - 32% Complex; 11% Ophthalmology
• CRNAs in Group : 4; No supervision required
• Duties :       - Willing to complete all CRNA duties, participate in call rotation also.
• Required Procedures :       - Epidurals, Blocks and Spinals
• No. of ORs : 6 & 1 Endoscopy suite
• No. of Beds : 25
• Trauma Level : IV
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements :
• ND license
• BC / BE (If BE, within 3 years post residency)
• ACLS & PALS
• COVID Vaccination proof
• Must be willing to take calls
