Summary

The Shuttle Driver is primarily responsible for transporting team members to and from the casino, as well as guests or goods between various locations. Shuttle Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. They must also have excellent guest service skills and be able to communicate effectively with passengers. Shuttle Drivers must be able to follow a schedule and ensure that passengers arrive at their destination safely and on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Transport passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner
• Follow pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading of luggage and other items
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the shuttle vehicle
• Provide excellent guest service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they have
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the Valet Department
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license with Gaming Commission

Certifications

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The team member must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
