Marketing Director
Job Summary : As the Marketing Director, you will serve as a key member of the WMCHealth network marketing team, which leads marketing strategy and implementation for WMCHealth, its flagship, Westchester Medical Center, the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital, the Behavioral Health Center and six community hospitals throughout the Hudson Valley. In this role, the Marketing Director will use advanced marketing concepts to evaluate and develop marketing plans for health network service lines, implement tactics in support of identified goals, and measure and report on performance. The Marketing Director will also oversee marketing opportunities to position the organization as a leading academic health system locally, regionally and nationally to both physician and consumer audiences. Assignments are complex and require a high degree of technical marketing acumen, strategic thinking and relationship management with a client-service mindset. The Marketing Director(s) will be assigned various key service lines, as well as other initiatives. The Marketing Director will manage client relationships and be the liaison to the Marketing & Communication team for all client requests.
Responsibilities :
- Develop new and innovative marketing strategies and relationships to benefit the WMCHealth network, its affiliated hospitals and continue to position the health network as a leading academic medical center locally, regionally and nationally.
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing colleagues to develop and manage effective marketing and communications strategies to meet volume growth and brand preference goals.
- Implement, track and report key success metrics (ROI for marketing campaigns).
- Consult with marketing leadership of marketing and strategy to ensure alignment of marketing assignments to identified priorities.
- Manage relationships with clinical and business leaders to develop marketing plans, integrated content plans and identify competitive differentiation for reputation, volume generating and awareness campaigns.
- Pursue competitive analysis and apply best practices based on strategic insights and market intelligence.
- Communicate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner to all levels of the organization and develop effective presentations for senior leaders.
- Collaborate with colleagues in strategic marketing, digital marketing, communications and creative and production services to leverage the talent around you to ensure integrated and coordinated marketing and communications efforts with an emphasis on meeting agreed upon deadlines.
- Serve as a prominent frontline member of the marketing and communications team.
- Previous experience working in the hospital or healthcare environment with service line marketing responsibilities strongly preferred.

7 years’ experience in strategy, project management, communications and / or marketing positions, including experience managing demanding relationships, required3 years’ experience in developing, tracking and reporting key performance indicators, requiredCRM and digital patient journey experience, preferredEducation :
Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, health administration or related field.Licenses / Certifications. N / A
