Real Estate Attorney

A company is looking for a Renewable Energy Real Estate & Title Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and related documents to identify and summarize title issues affecting project sites

Prepare title summaries and diligence reports for internal teams and clients

Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, option agreements, easements, and leases

Required Qualifications

5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm and / or in-house role

Demonstrated experience reviewing title and survey materials and identifying key risks and issues

Experience drafting and negotiating real estate agreements such as PSAs, options, and leases

Active bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

J.D. from an accredited law school
