Position Summary :

We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Intern to support our ongoing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) upgrade from on-premises to the cloud. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT systems administration, ERP migration, and enterprise technology support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in gaining real-world experience across IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and user support.

This position will work 15–20 hours per week from January 12th through April 24th, 2026. Days and hours are flexible to accommodate class schedules - school comes first. Working during spring break is optional. Rate of pay : $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with tasks related to the migration from on-premises Epicor Kinetic ERP to cloud-based Epicor Kinetic ERP, including configuration, testing, and validation.
• Support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) mapping and conversion activities tied to the Kinetic implementation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality, usability, and performance meet business requirements.
• Provide limited technical support (
• Help maintain and manage Active Directory accounts, Group Policy settings, and other system administration tasks.
• Document processes, testing results, and configuration steps as part of the migration project.
• Collaborate with IT staff and business users to support a smooth transition to the new cloud platform.

Preferred Qualifications :
