The Bookkeeper will provide accounting support for the property management team, and function as a key member of the management team, reporting to Senior General Manager, Retail Mall. This position will average around 28 hrs / week.

Area of Responsibility :

• Make collections calls
• Enter cash receipts
• Enter billing adjustments
• Perform tenant ledger reconciliations

Estimated compensation for this position : $63,000.00 $65,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Location : On-site Eden Prairie, MN, Minneapolis, MN
