As a Strategy Senior Associate, you'll help drive strategic priorities, support product and portfolio strategy, and shape the future of our card business. In this role you'll partner with cross-functional teams to set and track strategic objectives, support high-priority initiatives, and help define the long-term vision for customer experience and product strategy. Job Responsibilities :

• Play a key role in setting strategic direction, driving alignment on long-term priorities, and influencing decision-making to advance top business priorities
• Help define and maintain the framework for tracking and measuring the product portfolio's ongoing success
• Support critical strategic initiatives to enhance and transform customer experiences, identifying new business opportunities and scalable solutions
• Assist in developing and socializing strategies for transformation and long-term growth and partner with cross-functional leaders to implement
• Cultivate strategic awareness and collaboration across the portfolio, ensuring initiatives are integrated and aligned while proactively identifying synergies and opportunities to advance key priorities
